Donate min. 30 euro for one Ayurvedic consultation* (duration: 1 hour)
*Regular donors in the diamond category get one free consultation per month
Massages on the wednesdays:
Donate min. 25 euro for 30 minutes
Donate min. 35 euro for 45 minutes
Donate min. 45 euro for 60 minutes
Massages on the sundays:

Our Ayurveda Professionals
Shaida Rehman, AP MSc.
Shaida is a graduated Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP) who did the four year course at EISRA, including an internship of six weeks in India. She is experienced in different Ayurvedic treatments and provides consultations and massages at the Ashram. She is especially focused at pain-reduction, relaxation and vitality.
Sangieta Jagernath
Shaida is a certificied Ayurvedic Masseuse. She is experienced in treatment of backpain and the Tibetan Vortex Technique and provides massages at the Ashram.
